"Being There..." by Virginia Heffernan

This story was about the two big social networks in this generation; Facebook and Myspace. Well as the story went on, one discovers that most people like Facebook because not only is it safer but of the status updates that one could do. This gave people that freedom to express one self much differently than Myspace allowed you. Not only that but because Facebook was more for college students people saw this site as more mature rather than the "bubble gum" network: Myspace.
