In Kick Me:... By Paul Feig
This is a story about how kids can be immature and even cruel from the beginning of school. He talks about his own experience when he was in elementary and the kids gave him the nickname of FIG NEWTON. Which to him this was not bad at all because all kids wanted to be just like the commercial hero and sing the song. After a while though Feig starts to say that it started to get old and couldn't wait to go to middle school and receive a new much cooler name or at least keep his real one. This did not prove to be the case because when he got to M.S kids were more cruel and then all he wanted was to be known as FIG NEWTON again.
Thoughts and What I Learned
Well nicknames I am used to or at least people believing that my last name is my nickname so this is something that i can relate to. But as for inspiring me to make a video of something like this, it doesn't. This is just something to simple and broad to try and make a movie out of this. What this has taught me is that i must be detailed and specific when writing a story.
